The Ely Tigers Rugby Club are set to launch their Strategic Plan for 2024.
The plan is designed to keep the Ely Tigers community growing and enhance the inclusive environment at the club. It is a reflection of the "hard work and dedication" of the community.
The plan's purpose is: "To unify family and friends in fun, teamwork, and sport, prioritising our values, player progression and the growth of rugby."
The principles are to put people first, be open to all and innovate to grow.
Some of the plans in place are to enhance player, parent and supporter experience and focus on the parents and families of the players as well as the supporters.
Andy Gunbie, Club Chairman at Ely Tigers, said: "The plan introduces key concepts such as our core principles, which guide everything we do, our strategic ambitions for growth, and the specific goals we've set to achieve these ambitions.
"It's an exciting road map for our future, and we are eager to bring everyone on this journey with us."
