An inquest has been opened into the death of a 27-year-old woman who died when the vehicle she was driving crashed into a ditch near Prickwillow.
Lily Sparrow, of East Road, Isleham, died at the scene of the incident which happened at Putney Hill Road on October 12.
A brief hearing to open the inquest was held on Thursday (October 24) at Peterborough Town Hall.
Simon Milburn, an area coroner for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, gave a provisional cause of death as drowning.
The case has now been adjourned for an inquest on April 8, 2025.

In a loving tribute to their daughter, Lily’s parents said: “Whilst devastated by her loss, her iridescent beauty will shine and be with us forever.
“The wonderful relationships that she created and the light she brought to those whose lives she touched will always be a source of pride and joy for us.”
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information or dashcam footage that could be related to the incident.
