A Cambridgeshire mum completed a 10k run and raised £800 for the mother and baby unit (MBU) which gave her a lifeline when she suffered with postnatal depression.
Chloe Gosling, formerly of Witchford and now living in March, took on the Ely Tri Club Runfest on Sunday October 13.
Her sponsorship money will go to Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) Kingfisher MBU.
She said: "Whilst it was definitely harder than I expected, running 10k to raise money for Kingfisher MBU, exactly three years to the day I was formally discharged, felt like the biggest full circle moment.

"I never thought three years ago I’d be where I am now, and I am so proud that I’ve been able to do something so positive for such an incredible place.
"If it wasn’t for Kingfisher, I don’t know what my life would look like now."
She added that she is "so grateful to everyone who has donated and supported me.
"The money raised is going to make a huge difference to the experience of mum on the ward, who, just like me three years ago, need that care and support.
"Having my daughter, Aria-Rose, there watching me cross the finish line just felt incredible, and to hear her say she was proud of her mummy, made everything so worth it."
The Ely RunFest - organised by Ely Tri Club - also featured a 66km ultra-marathon, with both races starting and finishing at Ely Cathedral.
The route saw participants of all ages and abilities run along the Great Ouse and Cam rivers.
Organisers described the event as a "low-key, friendly" competition in the Cambridgeshire countryside.
