An inquest into the death of Mike Lynch's co-defendant, Stephen Chamberlain, is set to open this week.
Mr Chamberlain was killed on August 17 after he was hit by a car while he was out running near Stretham.
The inquest opening will take place on Thursday, September 5. It will be held at Lawrence Court on Princes Street in Huntingdon.
The 52-year-old was a former colleague of the tech tycoon, Mike Lynch. The pair were on trial in the USA over fraud and conspiracy charges, but both were acquitted of all the charges in June 2024.
Stephen Chamberlain's death came just two days before the superyacht that Mike Lynch and his family were aboard sank off of the coast of Sicily.
Mr Lynch, his family, and some friends were celebrating his acquittal when the vessel was caught in a storm on August 19.
Mr Lynch's wife, Angela Bacares, was rescued along with 15 others. Both Mr Lynch and his daughter, Hannah, died, as well as five other people on board.
Mr Lynch's body was recovered on August 22.
