Ely Netball Club has concluded its summer league games with key achievements in both the Cambridgeshire and Fenland leagues.
The club fielded two teams at Northstowe for the Cambridgeshire league, and one for the Fenland games at St Ives.
The mixed team clinched overall third place in Fenland's Pool B, marking an impressive season that saw fresh players and fearless attempts at new positions.
In the Cambridgeshire league, Ely 2 remarkably secured sixth place in Division B, despite being ranked higher than expected.
Ely 3 also attained sixrh place, but in Division D.
These summer tournaments offer casual yet formative opportunities for players to hone their skills and build up confidence.
The club extends heartfelt congratulations to everyone who played in any of the matches.
For the upcoming Cambridgeshire season, the club invites all interested in competitive netball, especially for Saturday matches.
It has placed teams in divisions 3, 4 and 5.

Confidence-building sessions for new players are planned for autumn.
