Lucy Frazer has lost her seat in Ely and East Cambridgeshire - a seat that she's held as a Conservative MP since 2015.
Ms Frazer lost the seat to Charlotte Cane, the former leader of East Cambridgeshire District Council and Liberal Democrat candidate.
It was a close call between the two, with Cane securing a majority over the former culture secretary of just 495.
Cane received 17,127 votes, with Frazer securing 16,632.
The exit poll predicted the constituency was too close to call, with a 51 per cent chance of a Liberal Democrat gain and 49 per cent of a Tory hold.
Ms Frazer served as the Secretary of State for Culture, Digital Media and Sport since February 2023.
She previously served as a minister for prisons and probation and a minister for transport.
