Residents of The Orchards care home were given a musical treat by The Isle Singers last week.
The group often sing at care homes in the area and approached The Orchards care home to organise the event.
One resident said: “We had no idea such a tiny group of singers could make such beautiful music.
“There were only seven voices, and they were singing in harmony, with four singing the melody and the other three the harmony. Perfect.
“The conductor was excellent and at the very start said, "If any of you know any of our songs and would like to join in, please do."
Residents were encouraged to join in with a range of songs on performance, including ‘'The Skye Boat Song', 'Panis Angelicus' and 'Country Gardens'.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the singing and are now looking forward to repeating the experience before long.
The Isle Singers’ next performance will be on Tuesday, June 11 at St Andrews Church in Witchford for an evening of music and poetry.
