A drunk driver will appear in court in April after he was caught speeding through the village of Wilburton.
Cambridgeshire Police officers came across the car and stopped it.
The driver failed a roadside breath test where he blew 65, which is nearly twice the legal limit.
Officers also found a bag of cannabis on the passenger seat of the car.
He was charged with drink driving and will appear in court later this month.
If you suspect someone of drink or drug driving, report it to Cambridgeshire Police via their confidential hotline on 0800 032 0845.
