Drugs were seized during a stop and search of two men and a vehicle in Sutton.
The seizure came while police carried out patrols at Elean Business Park, addressing concerns about drug use and vehicle-related anti-social behaviour.
Both men were dealt with for possession of class A and class B substances.
"We want to stress that our officers are actively responding to community concerns," said police.
