Former King's School Ely teacher Helen Medlock returns to the city to share her music.
She will direct a concert on March 16 at St Mary's Church, which is close to Ely Cathedral.
She will direct a team of 16 string players called the Medlock Sinfonia to raise funds for the city's Foodbank.
The musicians will perform favourites from the classical repertoire and the players are from Cambridgeshire, London, Manchester, Norfolk, Bedford, and Essex.
The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets are £10, under 16s free, on the door or from: www.ticketsource.co.uk/medlocksinfonia.
