Cambridgeshire Police and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service were called out to Prickwillow after reports of a car in the river on February 13.
Emergency services arrived at the scene and found a Land Rover submerged in the river on Putney Hill Road.
Fortunately, nobody was inside the vehicle.
Officers soon got in touch with the owner of the Land Rover to confirm that nobody was harmed.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A reminder to drive to the conditions of the road and ensure your vehicle is roadworthy."
