The North East Cambridgeshire MP attended the official opening of the Manea Railway Station car park, which has been open to the public for use since August 2023.
The car park is free to use, and has 100 parking spaces as well as disabled bays, a cycle shelter, CCTV and low energy lighting.
Steve Barclay MP attended the official opening at Manea Railway Station on January 26 along with Dr Nik Johnson, Mayor of Cambridge and Peterborough, and Councillor Chris Seaton, Fenland District Council's Cabinet Member for Transport and Chairman of the Hereward Community Rail Partnership, among other partners.
The car park itself was funded by £9.5m from the Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority.

Figures from the Office of Rail and Road published in December 2023 show that Manea Station use from April 2022 - March 2023 was above pre-Covid levels, marking a record breaking 21,038 number of passengers using the station.
The official opening of the Manea Railway Station car park also saw a time capsule being buried, which was put together by Manea residents.
Steve Barclay also participated in the burial of the Manea time capsule.
