Six childminders gathered with local PCSO Mags Harvey at Hannah McCreadie's childminding setting for some lessons in road safety
Mags spoke to the children about how to be safe when they are out and about in the community.
The children were given the opportunity to ask questions and look round the police car.
The childminders present were Hannah McCreadie, Julie Cooper, Sarah Fretwell, Sue Smith, Susie and Richard Morris as well as 23 children aged from a few months to three-years-old.
