Cambridgeshire Constabulary's officers will be proudly displaying poppies on their vehicles in the run up to Remembrance Sunday.
Poppies will also be on the force's dog unit and armed response vehicles.
This weekend, police officers, including Chief Constable Nick Dean, will lay wreaths at ceremonies across the county.
A spokesperson said: "Local officers will also be out and about to ensure everyone stays safe, and we are supporting the organisers of events in cities, towns and villages.
"There will be some temporary road closures so check your route if you are heading into urban centres."
