A housing developer had donated high-viz vests to students at Soham Village College to keep them safe while they are out in the community.
The after-school group at the college volunteers to undertake a monthly litter pick, to help keep the local community tidy and Orbit Homes has donated the vests for pupils.
Sarah Price, regional marketing manager at Orbit Homes, said: “As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to making a positive impact on local communities.
"It’s great to see the students give up their spare time and come together to make such a valuable contribution to society.
"The high-viz vests are a small donation to help the students stay safe on busy roads, whilst doing their bit to keep their neighbourhood litter-free.”
Lucy Alda, student services manager at Soham Village College, added: “We are very proud to be working with Orbit Homes. Our afterschool club called CATS are passionate about helping the local community in any way we can."
