Ely Art Lovers will celebrate a decade of exhibiting at the Babylon Gallery with an art showcase at the waterside arts centre from Tuesday April 25 to Sunday May 14.
Titled 'Perfect 10', there will also be the opportunity to meet the artists, on Saturday April 29.
Ely Art Lovers’ Workshop was formed in 2012 by two local artists Barbara Harlow and Pauline Stonehouse who thought it would be good to paint alongside likeminded people.
Pauline said: "We found a local venue at The City of Ely Bowls Club, rented a room and popped an ad in a local paper resulting in the formation of the group.
"For the last 10 years, the group has enjoyed painting together developing individual styles in a variety of mediums and supporting and encouraging each other whilst discussing and debating current affairs.
"We are not a silent group as, over the years tutors, have provided tuition and helped members develop their skills.
"The group has exhibited and sold at venues in Norfolk, London and Cambridgeshire.
"New members are always welcome but currently there is a waiting list to join the group.
"We hope you enjoy viewing our work and are tempted to buy a painting to enjoy at home. Maybe you’ll decide to pick up a brush."
