A railway bridge which has become one of Britain's most bashed has been struck... again.
The bridge near Ely railway station was hit on the morning of February 28, where the approach towards the station was closed.
One photograph captured an Iveco Daily van trapped underneath the bridge, which has a restricted height of 2.7 metres.
Cambridgeshire Police said no injuries were reported from the bridge strike and that the road has since reopened.
“We were called at 5.25am on February 28 with reports a van had collided with a bridge in Station Road, Ely," said a police spokesperson.
“Recovery of the vehicle is under way; no significant damage has been caused to the bridge.”
