Here’s the traffic and travel updates, as well as roadworks and road closures for Cambridgeshire this morning (December 1).
A141 between Old Hurst and Kings Ripton:
Earlier delays have now eased.
A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said: “We were called at about 7.20am today with reports of a broken-down vehicle on the A141 near Old Hurst.
“The Audi Quattro blocked the road in one direction and caused increased congestion in the area.
“The road has now been cleared.”
Victory Avenue - Whittlesey
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles from December 1 until December 14 between 8am and 6pm due to works by Cadent Gas.
Greville Road - Cambridge
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 2 due to works by Cambridge Water.
Paxton Road - Toseland
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 2 due to works by Anglian Water.
Manor Street - Wistow
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 2 due to works by Cadent Gas.
Clayhithe Road - Horningsea
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 2 due to works by Cambridge Water.
Balsham Road - Hildersham
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles on December 2 for carriageway works.
B1093 Benwick Road - Doddington
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 3 due to works by Cadent Gas.
A10 Cambridge Road - Foxton
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 4 on weekends only due to works by Cambridge Water.
Hempfield Road - Littleport
The road is closed both ways to all motor vehicles until December 9 due to works by Cadent Gas.
