JACOBS ALBERT WILLIAM (Jake) of Littleport passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kings Lynn on Wednesday 7th December 2016. Much loved and sadly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral Service at Cambridge Crematorium on Thursday 12th January 2017 at 10.30 a.m. Family flowers only, but donations if desired for Gayton Ward, Queen Elizabeth Hospital may be left at the service or sent to C.E. Fuller & Co, 23 Hall Street, Soham. CB7 5BN
