ACRED Patricia Jane (Pat) of Stretham, passed away peacefully in Addenbrookes Hospital on Sunday 28th October 2018 aged 84 years. Dearly loved auntie to Jacqueline, also great auntie to Jonathan and Jenna. Funeral Service at St James Church, Stretham on Wednesday 5th December 2018 at 1.00pm followed by committal at Fenland Crematorium, March at 2.30pm.
