PALMER Cedric of Soham, passed away peacefully on Monday 1st April 2019, aged 68 years. Loving husband of Christine, much loved dad, grandad and brother, who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at St. Andrew’s Church, Soham on Wednesday 8th May at 11.30 am followed by Private Burial at Soham Cemetery. Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations made payable R. J.
