PROFESSOR DAVID BLACKMORE Passed away peacefully at The Croft, Littleport on November 13th, aged 87. Dearly loved by his wife Mavis, children Janette, Ronald, Stephen, Grand and Great-Grandchildren. Following Davids wishes a thanksgiving service to celebrate his life will be held at St Georges Church, Littleport on Thursday December 5th, at 2.00pm. The service will be a celebration of Davids life, no black ties, but comfortable casual dress please. Refreshments will follow the service at The Plough & Harrow, Ely Road, Littleport. Any donations can be left at the Church on the 5th and these will be equally divided between The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund and St Georges Church.
