Layton Joan Vera passed peacefully away at Swan House Care Home, Chatteris on Monday 3rd May 2021 aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Alf. Loving Mum to Pauline, a dear Mother in law to Brian, a devoted Nanna to Robert and Edward and Great Nanna to Jake. Donations, should they be desired, to go directly to Dementia UK.
