JOYCE WINIFRED POZDZIOCH Michael, Susan, Carrie, Holly and Katie would like to take this opportunity to thank all who attended Joyces funeral service and their kind messages of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to my cousin Diane, her daughter Rachel and son David for their love and care for Joyce over the last seven years, also to my cousin Kathy and her daughter Bryony for their support and help. Our much appreciation and grateful thanks to the network of people who were involved in her care over these final months, Continuing Care Team, Community Matron Alison Bentley, District Nurses Team, St Marys Surgery, Nightingales, Angel Care, Hilton Park Care Centre where Joyce recently moved to especially Merry, Christina and their team on Trinity Wing, Doctors at Bottisham, Lisa at Woolpack Yard, Ely and all Joyces friends who lived there and watched out for her prior to moving to Hilton Park. Acknowledgement of thanks to R J Pepper and Son Funeral Directors of Soham for funeral arrangements and to the Reverend Alan Hulme for conducting the service. Many thanks for all donations given in memory of Joyce to the British Heart Foundation.
