DAVID HARVEY Helen and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the messages of sympathy, beautiful cards and letters received following the sad loss of David. Thank you to those who attended the funeral service their presence was of great comfort and for donations totalling £1505.21 received in his memory. Special thanks to the staff at Addenbrookes Hospital ICU for their care dedication and compassion, Reverend Eleanor Whalley for conducting a beautiful service and R. J. Pepper and Son, Family Funeral Directors for their faultless and dignified management of the funeral. Please accept this as the only acknowledgement.
