The Old Dispensary, at 13 St Mary’s Street, has been a meeting spot for various community groups in recent years.
The building dates to 1865 and features a distinctive gothic-architectural style façade made of stone.
Inscribed above the entrance is “Ely Dispensary 1865. Heal the Sick”. Behind the façade is a pitched roof covered with slate tiles.
The interior consists of an entrance hall leading to a large open plan room. A kitchen and toilets are located towards the back.
The property has an approximate gross internal area of 1,296 sq ft and will appear at auction on September 25.
